90-Day Revenue Sprint

Most service businesses win work in a way nobody has ever written down. The 90-Day Revenue Sprint studies how yours works, designs the engine that fits it, builds it with you, and launches it inside 90 days. By month four the engine is yours.

Why now

Why Revenue Stalls

A blue tang swimming over sponges and coral

Service businesses rarely lose because the work is weak. Revenue stalls because new business depends on referrals, on repeat clients, and on whoever happens to remember your name that week. When one of those slows down, nothing else is running to take its place.

Buying habits have moved as well. Your next clients search before they call, and many now ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity who is good, then take the answer at face value. Brand mentions now predict AI visibility about three times better than backlinks do (Ahrefs, 75,000 brands studied). Pink Fins is a brand management company, so the work that fills your pipeline is the same work that earns the recommendation.

Who This Fits

We work best with service businesses that sell to a definable buyer: B2B providers, commercial services, professional practices, local operators, and founder-led companies. Local, regional, or national all work, because the engine is built around your buyer rather than your map. You should have a real offer, a way to close, and room to handle conversations once they start landing.

The Sprint is a poor fit in three cases. Skip it if nobody can take the conversations once they arrive, if you want a guarantee on deals we do not close, or if you are shopping for the cheapest tool with a login and nobody behind it. We take a limited number of Sprint clients, so every account has a consultant who learns your business properly.

How it runs

The 90 Days

Forget the bag of names and the monthly PDF. Every business already wins work somehow, and month one is where we find out how yours does it. What we build after that follows the answer rather than a template.

01

Audit and research

We study how you win work today, who your buyer really is, and where the money leaks out. Everything comes from your numbers, your clients, and your market rather than a playbook we brought with us.

02

Build and approve

We design the engine with you, agree the channels, agree the tools, and build it. Nothing goes live without your sign-off, so you see every piece before a buyer does.

03

Launch and optimize

The engine runs, the numbers come in, and the settings are tuned against what actually happens. You watch the pipeline fill week by week rather than reading about it later.

04

The engine is yours

We hand the whole engine over, documented, and your team runs it. Some clients ask us to keep running it instead, and we price that together before month four starts.

05

Possible channels

Your engine could include cold outreach, PPC, Social Media Ads, SEO and answer-engine optimization, digital PR, targeted sourcing, and website upgrades, or a mix of them. None of those is a promise today. Month one tells us where your revenue really comes from, and month two is where you and Pink Fins decide together what to build.

What the Sprint Delivers

A full audit of how you win work today, with the numbers behind it

A clear picture of your buyer, built from your clients rather than a persona template

An engine designed with you and approved by you before anything goes live

The build itself, done for you across whichever channels month two selects

A live launch in month three, tuned against real results

Weekly reporting on what was built, what ran, and what came back

A dedicated consultant from the first call to the last

The fork in the road

You choose who runs it.

Path one

You run it

You keep the engine and the blueprint, and you or your team carry it forward. You own all of it either way, so this costs nothing further.

Path two

We run it

We keep running and optimizing the engine every month, for less than the program itself. Useful if you would rather spend your time on the work than on the upkeep.

Where it started

No strategy to full engine

Leak Defense System came to us in 2018 with a decade of business behind them and no marketing strategy at all. Chubb was a partner and sent work their way, which was the whole engine. Everything else sat open, so we started where we always start.

Month one was the audit. We worked out who actually specified a leak protection system, where those decisions happened, and which channels could reach them. Only after that did we build anything.

The work

What we built for Leak Defense System

01Messaging and positioning

So every channel said the same thing about the product

02SEO and website upgrades

So buyers searching for leak protection found them first

03LinkedIn marketing

Aimed at the people who specify products into buildings

04Paid ads

Pointed at the same buyers, running alongside the search work

05A social media strategy

That kept the brand visible between projects

Answer engines did not exist in 2018, so search carried the whole visibility layer. Today the same process adds AI visibility on top, because buyers now ask an assistant before they ask a supplier.

$2M

Single account closed from the engine

The result

Built once, run for four years

One account alone was worth roughly $2 million. A building development group in Seattle specified the product into every unit, closed from work the engine produced. Other wins followed, and Leak Defense System kept us on for four years to keep it running. Watts acquired the company in 2021.

FAQs

Why not just hire a salesperson?

A salesperson costs far more than $1,200 a month and still needs something to sell into. Somebody has to decide the market, build the list, write the message, run the ads, and keep the site earning attention. The Sprint builds all of that, and a salesperson you hire later walks into an engine that already runs.

How is this different from a lead generation agency?

Lead generation agencies hand you names. The Sprint studies your business first, then designs and builds the machine that produces the names, the demand, and the reputation behind both. By month four you own it rather than renting it forever.

How fast will I see something?

Month one produces the audit, and the findings come to you as we make them. The build lands in month two, the engine runs in month three, and results arrive from there. Anyone promising booked meetings in week one is selling activity rather than an engine.

What does it cost?

$3,600 covers the whole 90 days. Pay $1,200 a month for three months, or $3,300 once at the start and save $300. Tools and software are bought in your name and paid to the vendor, and any advertising budget is agreed with you during the build.

Do you handle consumer businesses, or only B2B?

Both. Month one decides which buyer we are chasing and which channels reach them, so a consumer business and a B2B firm run the same process toward different engines.

Why is there no guarantee on signed deals?

Anyone who guarantees signed deals is bluffing or quietly pricing in the failures. We stand behind the delivery floor written into your agreement, and closing stays your expertise.

What do you need from me?

You give us less than you would think. Expect one kickoff, honest answers about how work has come in so far, access to your numbers, and a sign-off before anything goes live. We do the building.

What happens after 90 days?

Month four the engine is yours, handed over and documented. Plenty of clients ask us to keep running it, and we price that together before month four starts. Either way, nothing rolls on without you choosing it.
