Personal Branding

Personal Branding is similar to public relations but incorporates the missing piece: humanity. People want to know the person behind the startup or company; they want to know who they’re interacting with; they want to know you. Personal Branding gets your personality out there, it allows people to put a face with your company and generates a higher level of buy-in.

Here's the Dive Brief
before you Take the Plunge

As the leader of your company, your image is paramount. In today’s climate, people are more likely to support a business if they identify with and/or support the person who champions the company. In order for your potential audience to connect with you – they must know you (no we don’t suggest giving out your address and inviting them all over for tea). There’s a much less invasive way to share yourself with your (potential) stakeholders: cultivate, manage, and disseminate your personal brand.

Let us get to know you (still no tea, instead think Zoom – video optional). After we’ve chatted and know your hopes, dreams, and fantasy football shortcomings (or current athletic obsession, mine is pickleball), we can then craft a strategy to communicate all of that wonder to your audience and stakeholders; thereby, increasing buy-in. Just like you, this strategy will be multi-faceted. We will take your opinions and ideas and broadcast them on LinkedIn, cultivating you as a thought-leader in your field. Simultaneously, developing your audience through your social media platforms and features in relevant publications. By communicating clear and consistent messaging throughout all platforms, we will tell your audience who you are and why they should invest in your brand.
